At my doctor’s request I made an appointment to see the practice’s nutritionist this month. I had seen her a couple of years ago for some guidance in losing weight. I pointed out that I have hit my plateau point – this is where I always wage a huge fight to drop additional weight. As we reviewed my chart she pointed out that I had lost 10% of my weight and have been successful in keeping it off for the past two years. She reiterated what most folks say – keeping the weight is the biggest battle.
Needless to say I felt pretty good when I left the office. So good that I went over to String and I treated myself to these:
Koigu Cashmere – 2 skeins, destined to be a scarf of some sort.
While I was there I also pawed the Classic Elite Embrace – you know the gorgeous 500 yard hank of cashmere. String’s owner, Linda, showed me two projects that used the yarn. While I was tempted I did resist at least for the time being. The stuff is so soft and luxurious!!!!
